Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings. This role requires solid communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company guidelines.
Provide hospitality services as required, including light cooking or meal preparation when requested.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Requirements




Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is mandatory.
Robust organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
A friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must have their own car
