Elevate lift operations at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in the full time role of Lift Operations Assistant Supervisor. Focus on team leadership and exceptional customer service delivery. As the Assistant Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Lift Operations Supervisor to manage staff, operations, and safety protocols.

Your role encompasses training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll lead a motivated team during both winter and summer seasons, fostering a solid team culture. Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership and professionalism at all times
Supervise day-to-day operations of the lifts
Conduct staff training and manage payroll functions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Drive the setup and operation of mountain lifts daily Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Proven lift operations experience required
Supervisory experience necessary
Advanced skiing or snowboarding competency
