Sambrook Builders is looking for an experienced carpenter lead to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, highly motivated, competent and reliable. For the right individual we would like them to be a crew lead, in which case they will have 3 to 4 carpenters working for them on their own site. YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FRAMING EXPERIENCE, this means you have RESIDENTIAL framing experience.This is a full time permanent position starting immediately. Work is currently lined up through 2023 and beyond.REQUIREMENTSQualifications to Apply:Valid driver's license.Own vehicle or mode of transportation.Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry trade or Journeyman/woman Certification with Interprovincial Red Seal.Experience operating a skid steer and/or zoom boom.Own basic framing tools.Can work independently and meet deadlines.Residential framing experience.COMPENSATION$35.00 - $40.00 / HR.
