OverviewMinutes Solutions is a rapid‑growing professional minute‑taking company serving a global clientele.RoleMinute Takers travel to local meetings in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver and attend virtual meetings the rest of the time. This is a hybrid role with an on‑site requirement.ResponsibilitiesTravel to client meetings roughly twice per month.Attend in‑person and virtual meetings and record minutes throughout the session.Produce accurate minutes, executive summaries, or conference reports.Format and finalize minutes after each meeting.QualificationsStrong writing skills; concise and attentive to detail.Experience with executive summaries, conference reports, or minutes is a strong asset.Open to travel and located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver.Available during weekdays 4–8 pm EST for most meetings and 9 am–5 pm for travel events.Willing to work on a flexible schedule,



with no guarantee of full‑time or permanent work.Compensation & BenefitsVirtual meetings: $56 per hour, $15 per additional 30 minutes (rounded up).On‑site meetings: $106 per hour, $20 per additional 30 minutes (rounded up).
