Job Title: Retail Banking Specialist

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role

The successful candidate will support banking operations by working on VISA redemption requests, ad hoc tasks, and file reviews. The role requires strong administrative skills, experience within retail banking, and the ability to adapt to different processes as required. Experience reviewing estate documentation or legal documents is considered a strong asset.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 2–4 years of banking/financial experience, preferably within retail banking.
- Familiarity with banking products and policies is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS 365, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- 2–4 years of strong administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on requests for VISA redemption and other ad hoc tasks.
- Review files and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide strong administrative support within the banking operations environment.
- Adapt to changing processes and work requirements as needed.
- Support customers and partners by providing professional and effective service.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Review estate documentation or legal documents where required.
