CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot to advance CAE’s Future Aircrew Training initiatives. You’ll lead non-flying courseware development, review training materials, and collaborate with CQFIs/IPTs to ensure technical accuracy and impactful learning experiences for pilots.

Remote role across Canada with occasional Moose Jaw travel; this is a 3–5 year project tied to full training-system implementation. You’ll mentor teams, drive design reviews, and contribute to policy development within the CAE
