We're looking for a proactive leader to manage risk and compliance strategies, aligning regulatory requirements with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping decisions regarding product commercialization and guiding cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function
Develop strategies for regulatory compliance and risk management
Influence decisions with senior leadership and stakeholders
Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and agencies
Drive regulatory aspects for product launches and market access Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science or related fields
5 to 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs
Solid knowledge of AAFCO and U.S. pet food regulations
Experience with regulatory agencies and inspections required
Proven cross-functional leadership and communication skills Your regulatory expertise will be invaluable in ensuring high compliance standards while fostering business growth at The Crump Group.
