Administer medications following protocols and physician orders
Document assessments and follow up on patient concerns
Promote health and self-sufficiency among residents
Develop and review care plans for individual needs
Provide direction and training to the care team Requirements:
Valid RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
One year of geriatric nursing experience
Current certification in medication administration
