Take a lead role as the Real Estate FP&A; Manager at Canadian Tire Corporation. Drive strategic financial planning and performance analysis while supporting key investments and occupancy decisions. Reporting to the AVP, FP&A;, you will engage with Real Estate leaders and finance partners to drive impactful decisions.

This role encompasses coaching analysts, overseeing financial forecasts, and ensuring robust reporting practices. You'll work closely with various teams to modernize planning and enhance financial insights. Key Responsibilities:
Create insightful reports on performance for senior leaders
Own financial forecasting and lease expense planning
Collaborate on practical financial analysis with stakeholders
Mentor analysts and support team development
Implement automation for reporting and planning processes Requirements:
Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
5–7+ years in finance or FP&A; roles
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Robust skills in financial modeling and reporting
Familiarity with Power BI, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion Lead strategic financial initiatives for Canadian Tire’s Real Estate division with your expertise.
