RRC invites you to become a Relay Settings Engineer, working remotely from Canada to reshape renewable energy solutions. Utilize your expertise in protection practices to support vital engineering projects. This full time role focuses on developing and implementing protective relay settings for utility and energy systems.
You will engage in coordination studies and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery. Your technical skills in relay settings will significantly impact our energy initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and calculate protective relay settings for projects
Conduct fault analysis and relay coordination studies
Review technical drawings and ensure compliance
Coordinate with utilities and project managers
Prepare engineering documents and reports Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
5+ years in power systems or relay settings
PE license in U.S. or P.Eng. in Canada preferred
Experience with ETAP, SKM, or similar software
Solid prioritization and organizational skills Bring your expertise in relay settings to RRC and contribute to advancing renewable energy production across the U.S.
