Ongwanada seeks compassionate Registered Practical Nurses for permanent part time positions within various community residences. Enjoy a versatile start date with a guaranteed 24 hours of work every pay period. In this critical role, you will provide individualized nursing care in home settings, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

You'll monitor client health, implement care plans, and mentor unlicensed staff as needed. Your expertise in infection control and continuing education will be invaluable to our service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Implement care as per established protocols
Exhibit clinical skills through delegated nursing acts
Record and monitor patient conditions meticulously
Collaborate on transitional care best practices
Participate in ongoing education and infection control Requirements:
Registered Practical Nursing Diploma and current registration
Demonstrated clinical competencies and analytical skills
Experience in community care preferred
Valid G Driving License with full driving privileges
Current CPR certification Contribute your skills to Ongwanada and provide exceptional care within the community.
