Homewood Health™ seeks registered mental health professionals to deliver effective counseling through their Stay at Work Services and Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children wrestling with various challenges, from stress management to interpersonal skills. Maintain the highest skilled standards while engaging in clinical consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver solution-oriented counseling sessions in-person • Support clients with issues like anxiety and relationship conflicts • Document therapy outcomes and maintain compliance with best practices • Collaborate with the clinical management team as needed • Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
Requirements: • Master’s degree in counseling or related field • Active registration with a provincial regulatory college • Three years of relevant experience in counseling or social services • Bilingual proficiency in English and French required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
