OverviewAshron Freight Services Inc. is seeking a Pricing Specialist & Sales Support qualified to join our team in Mississauga. This role supports the Sales Director and sales team by delivering accurate and competitive pricing while coordinating closely with operations.About Ashron Freight Services Inc.Ashron Freight Services Inc. is a full-service international freight forwarding and logistics company with a strong North American presence. Since 2008, we have been providing customized ocean, air, and trucking solutions, focused on reliability, responsiveness, and long-term customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPricing & QuotationsPrepare accurate and competitive ocean and air freight quotations, including origin and destination charges, drayage, and accessorial.Coordinate with carriers, NVOCCs, airlines, trucking partners, and overseas agents to obtain rates.Maintain and periodically update customer-specific pricing, spot quotes, and rate validity.Proactively provide pricing updates and market advisories to customers and the sales team.Ensure pricing aligns with company margin targets and service commitments.Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and external partners.Support the sales team with quote follow-ups, rate confirmations,



and customer communication.Assist with customer onboarding, SOP coordination, and internal rate setup.Track quoted shipments and update key customers, as required.Provide support for urgent or time-sensitive shipments.Qualifications & Experience2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing, sales support, or commercial operations.Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight pricing; experience with trucking is an asset.Working knowledge of Incoterms, accessorial charges, and rate structures.Experience using CRM, and pricing tools.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.Most importantly strong problem-solving abilities and a customer centric mindsetCompensation and BenefitsCompensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually, with final compensation determined based on experience and overall fit.Growth potential within a growing freight forwarding organizationTwo (2) weeks paid annual vacationMedical insurance coverageSupportive and collaborative work environmentOnly eligible candidate can send their resume [email protected].#J-18808-Ljbffr
