You will partner with the PMO function for project management practice development, tools, and methodology. You will work on up to 5 projects with teams of 2 to 10 consultants to successfully deliver end-to-end implementations of NetSuite for our clients.Client stakeholders and your team at BPC will look to you for project management expertise to ensure the success of the engagement and to complete the following responsibilities:Client Engagement and DeliveryServe as the Client's advocate throughout the engagementManage the full‑cycle NetSuite implementation across all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, TransitionManage project scope, timeline, work breakdown, resource allocation, and budgetLead client project status meetings and partner with the Engagement Manager on monthly steering committee meetingsManage change control procedures and client and project team expectations; ensure non‑standard features are logged and assessed before implementationProvide guidance and support to client change management effortsAssure quality management of communications and deliverablesOperational DisciplineMaintain daily time entry in 15‑minute increments with quality notes that distinguish online (client‑facing) and offline work; review and approve consultant time on assigned engagements before billing closeOwn weekly utilization planning and forward forecasting for self and assigned consultants; elevate utilization or capacity risks at least two weeks in advanceMaintain the project task list as the single source of truth; update the project planat minimum weekly, with updates completed prior to status meetingsMaintain the RAID log in Smartsheet; log new items within 24hours of identification; review during every status and steering committee meetingSurface project risks proactively before they become issues; elevate in writing withdocumented impact to scope, timeline, and budgetAcknowledge internal coaching, EM direction, and client communications within 24 business hours,
even when full resolution requires more timeCommunicate budget consumption weekly by stage, activity code, and resourceFirm ContributionAdopt and apply BPC’s AI‑augmented delivery toolset across project management activities, including planning, governance, RAID management, status reporting, and knowledge capture; contribute observations, exceptions, and improvements back to the firmActively delegate work to junior resources to support their development, improve project economics, and free senior resources for higher‑value contributionParticipate in Velocity missions and firm improvement initiativesSubmit reusable artifacts (templates, playbooks, lessons learned, methodology contributions) to firm knowledge management at engagement closeDevelop new skills, industries, PM tools, and NetSuite product areas as required by customer engagementsQualificationsBachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems3+ years managing ERP implementationsDemonstrated operational reliability, including timely time entry, accurate forecasting, and follow‑through on coaching, as a foundational competencyStrong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skillsStrong organizational, project management, and time management skillsAbility to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non‑technical audiencesStrong background in managing projects within consulting services or other professional services settingAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment and comfortable leading on‑site client workshopsExperience managing projects with teams of 5+ working across multiple workstreamsComfort working within an AI‑augmented delivery model and contributing to its evolutionDesirableProject Management Certifications (PMP, CSM)NetSuite Product Experience and CertificationsMBA, Masters, or other advanced degreesExperience contributing to firm‑wide methodology, knowledge management, or operating model initiativesSalary RangeSalary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 CADIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer,
