Job type: 6 Months - High possibility of ExtensionPay : CAD $90 /Hour*** Prior experience with Metrolinx is preferred***Job TitleProject Manager/Leader - SeniorDescriptionResponsible for managing I&IT infrastructure initiatives, including IT enhancements, IT Infrastructure life cycle management, IT Operations, and business applications.Establishes, manages, and directs resources to ensure the necessary level and capabilities are represented on the enhancements to ensure successful delivery of the initiativeEnsures that I&IT projects and programs for recent, replacement or enhanced infrastructure, maximize customer service, satisfy internal stakeholder requirements, incorporate external agency requirements, and serve public interestsCreate, manage new change’s for assigned projects, Present changes at the CAB’s, Leads the reviews and approvals assessment, mitigation, and communication of associated project risksAct as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process; elevate needs, issues, concerns as appropriate, Define and maintain the implementation plan with inputs from all stakeholders Assist the technical team throughout the new enhancements, Collaborate and bring forward ideas and insights in team meetingsAnticipate bottlenecks and elevate issues when required to ensure on-time deliveryReviews and evaluates studies, reports, design proposals,



specifications, and contract documents, to meet established policies, procedures, and standards applicable to projectsDevelops and delivers reports and presentations defining plans, issues, status, and resolutions to appropriate levels of managementProvide regular updates to I&IT Management on various activities related to I&IT enhancements service providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are delivered and status is reported in a timely and accurate manner.Leads and partners with various vendors to deliver agreed solution outcomesRequired Experience8+ years of related I&IT projects, currency, and Life cycle management experience preferably in leading IT Infrastructure projects and technology related environments.Demonstrated progressive experience in Technology enhancements, Infrastructure planning, prioritization, and risk managementExperience implementing both IT Infrastructure, Applications and Software systems would be beneficialDesired ExperienceFamiliar with Agile and scrum methodologies is an asset.Knowledge on various vendor technologies by Microsoft, Cisco, HPE would be an assetKnowledge of ITSM process, Service NowPMP or equal certificationPlease share your profile with [email protected]#J-18808-Ljbffr
