Bacardi Canada is seeking anEastern Canada Category Plannerto join the sales team at its Toronto Head Office. This role reports to theCommercial Planning & Activation Managerand provides support to the provinces ofOntario and Quebec .This position plays a key role in supporting the Eastern Canada sales team by managing selling materials, coordinating merchandising programmes, and overseeing new product listing and customer applications. The role also supports the commercial team through SAP, invoicing, and budget reconciliation, enabling accurate reporting and informed strategic decision‑making.The ideal candidate is action‑oriented, highly organized, and intuitive to business needs, with strong reporting capabilities and advanced Excel skills. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to support a regional sales team in a fast‑paced environment are essential.This is a hybrid role and the expected salary range is $65,000 to $75,000. This is a replacement role.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage submissions to Liquor Boards and communicate key deadlines to internal stakeholders.Complete and coordinate all Eastern Region applications, including gift packs, value‑add programmes, image programmes, product listings, and other customer‑related submissions.Submit all product packaging changes in accordance with Liquor Board policies and requirements.Stay current on Liquor Board policies and guideline changes and communicate updates in a timely manner.DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTINGMaintain and update the Anaplan database, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved applications.Ensure database integrity,



including tracking spend versus budget.Provide monthly budget updates and PO closing reports to Provincial Sales Managers and the Regional Director.Maintain and update merchandising grids and provide quarterly programme overviews.Update regional sell sheets as required.CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COORDINATIONCommunicate approved applications and updates to the Commercial and Supply Chain team.Coordinate merchandising programmes and selling material distribution for the Eastern Canada team.CRITICAL EXPERIENCES FOR SUCCESSStrong analytical skills with proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI .1+ year of industry experiencein a similar role; knowledge of the beverage alcohol or liquor industry is a strong asset.Experience withSAP (PO processing, invoicing and reconciliation)and working within database systems.Experience coordinating product information across local, regional and/or global teams.Solid administrative, organisational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Proven self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.Demonstrated ability to identify and create process efficiencies.Excellent communication skills with a track record of aligning internal stakeholders.Bilingual English/Frenchis a strong asset.LEADERSHIP AGILITYBelonging – You have a strong capacity to create a culture of belonging, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do and who they can become.Self‑Awareness – You have high levels of self‑awareness, are reflective and know yourself well,
