As an Engineer on the Mobile Platform team, you will help define and evolve the technical foundation that supports lululemon's mobile applications globally. You will contribute to shared infrastructure, accelerate build and release processes, and ensure our platform is reliable, maintainable, and positioned for the future. You will be recognized as a technical owner of the production systems you support, with a strong focus on optimizing product delivery for performance, security, and reliability.Lead the design and delivery of complex platform capabilities across multiple distributed services, driving architectural decisions and execution with a high degree of autonomy.Write exemplary code demonstrating engineering best practices in critical systems as technical reference for teamsEstablish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and engineering best practices across multiple teams in domainProvide technical input and implementation perspectives to architects on system design and integration approachesLead code quality and design reviews across teams ensuring technical alignment with organizational standardsConduct high-impact code reviews focusing on implementation quality, security, performance, and long-term maintainabilityDesign and champion automated testing strategies and frameworks that improve engineering productivity and qualityDebug and resolve critical production issues across complex distributed systems demonstrating deep technical expertiseMentor engineers at all levels including senior engineers,
