Production Supervisor – Yard and Briquette PlantMilton, ONShift Work – Continental 12‑Hour Rotating Shifts, Working Every Second Weekend.$90,000 – $100,000 CAD annual base salary, determined by location, experience, and comparables.ResponsibilitiesEnforce all safety policies and procedures (including LOTO, PPE, WAH, Confined Space, First Aid) to maintain a secure work environment.Lead, train, and develop employees to ensure they are competent, safe, and aligned with company policies and regulations.Maintain a clean, organized, and environmentally compliant yard and briquette plant.Ensure briquettes are produced in the right quantity and quality to meet cupola and fibre chemistry requirements.Oversee proper handling and storage of raw materials and briquettes to prevent quality issues and cross‑contamination.Direct raw material and waste handling to ensure continuous, uninterrupted production flow.Execute the daily briquette production schedule and drive operational improvements in the area.Coordinate closely with Maintenance to report defects, reduce downtime, and support equipment reliability.Monitor and report daily KPIs, participate in Rockwool Excellence activities,
