Your main missions will be :

Team Leadership & Shift Management
Lead, coordinate, and train the dishwashing andequipment packing team (managing shift schedules, task allocation, and breaks).
Ensure strict adherence to Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) guidelines and safety procedures.
Drive daily output performance to match flightdeparture schedules (On-TimePerformance.).

Dishwashing& Sanitization Operations
Oversee the continuous operation of industrialflight-type dishwashers.
Inspect clean equipment (trolleys, meal trays,chinaware, glassware) to guarantee standard hygiene and quality levels.
Perform first-level maintenance troubleshootingon washing equipment and escalate technical issues to the maintenancedepartment.

EquipmentPacking




Oversee the sorting, inventory management, andstorage of equipment specific to each airline client.
Supervise the assembly and packing of equipment(trolley setups, drawer packing, cutlery kits) according to airline-specificgallery plans (GALLEY / LOspecifications).
Ensure seamless delivery of clean, packedequipment to the meal assembly (Tray Set) and dispatch teams.

Quality,Health, Safety & Setting (HACCP)
Enforce strict compliance with HACCP rules, foodsafety, and airport security standards.
Complete traceability logs, including wash/rinsetemperature checks and hygiene control audits.
Maintain clear segregation between soiled (dirty) and cleanoperational zones at all times.
