Work as a Registered Nurse on a casual night shift basis with Extendicare, delivering exceptional care to seniors. This role encompasses medication administration, detailed assessments, and close teamwork with healthcare providers. In this part time position, you will report to the Director of Health and Wellness and focus on providing direct care to our residents.

Key responsibilities include documenting care plans, participating in care conferences, and facilitating resident education, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in all activities. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out and document all resident care assessments promptly
Order and manage narcotics in compliance with regulations
Facilitate education sessions for residents and families




Oversee and delegate tasks effectively among caregivers
Manage emergencies and oversee care delivery in critical scenarios Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse license in the appropriate Province/State
Familiarity with geriatric care and rehabilitation
Solid analytical and clinical skills for effective delegation
Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation
Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within the last 6 months Utilize your nursing expertise to enhance the health and wellbeing of residents at Extendicare.
