As Project

Coordinator II, you will support the Senior Manager of Operations with various projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication across departments.

Your responsibilities involve engaging with vendors, tracking project timelines, and maintaining stakeholder communication. Your ability to lead and collaborate with internal teams will be key in achieving program milestones and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead change management activities
Organize agendas and materials for RMP committees
Monitor and document project management progress
Prepare critical reports and stakeholder communications
Support pre/post Project Go-Live preparations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or Business
Minimum of 3 years in project coordination
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
