All applications are reviewed by human reviewers.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing strong leadership and clear direction to a team of unionized maintenance employees, including millwrights, electricians, and tool‑room staff. This role ensures that maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and operational standards. The Supervisor manages preventative maintenance programs, coordinates repairs, and supports continuous improvement to maximize equipment uptime. Collaboration with production, engineering, quality, and external vendors is essential to ensure smooth plant operations.About YouAt our company,
