Job DescriptionAs aService Business Leader (Senior Field Service Leader)at Honeywell, you will lead and manage the Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and establish robust relationships with key stakeholders. This role reports directly to the Regional General Manager of P3 Service and is based in Markham, Ottawa, London, or Hamilton on a hybrid work schedule.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryDevelop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfactionProvide technical guidance and support to field service techniciansCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers,



and internal teamsMonitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsTravel up to 40%Oversight of P&L ($50M-$70M) and staffing of 100+QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within field service management5 years’ experience managing multiple field service related initiatives including driving process improvements and implementing best practicesBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5 years relevant work experienceSalaryThe annual base salary range for this position is $143,000-$200,000.
