Drive community safety efforts in North Vancouver as the Public Safety Community Team Manager. This full time role focuses on effective management of safety programs within the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw community. Your primary focus will be on strengthening safety initiatives while managing the Community Safety Team.

You will participate in strategic planning, support emergency responses, and develop meaningful community relationships. The position requires operational oversight to ensure compliance with public safety policies and effective communication with team-oriented partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the community safety team effectively
Implement community safety procedures and best practices




Support incident responses and safety initiatives
Monitor community intelligence and safety communications
Maintain comprehensive operational documentation Requirements:
6–7 years experience or equivalent background
Solid analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office and public safety practices
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
