Join Enviros as a Program Supervisor for the ExCel Discovery program focused on youth wellbeing. This role is part of a six-month contract that offers prospects for meaningful engagement and leadership. You will play a pivotal role in supervising staff, ensuring the program is effectively managed in adherence to core policies.

Engage with youth in a supportive workplace aimed at fostering independence and personal growth. You will navigate various challenges while maintaining high standards of care and compliance within the team and with community partners. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of up to 12 staff members
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Manage case documentation and schedules
Provide youth support and staff training
Conduct leadership meetings and oversee evaluations Requirements:
Education in Human Services or related fields
Experience supervising youth-focused teams
Expertise in the Youth Criminal Justice Act is a plus
CPR and first aid certification required
Class 5 driver's license needed for the role Foster personal growth and recovery as you lead youth programs at Enviros.
