Join Home Care Assistance as a Personal Support Worker, specializing in supporting high behavior clients in Barrie. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with youth showing ADHD or Autism traits. This is a part time role with evening and night shifts, and a reliable vehicle is a must for client transportation. Key Responsibilities:
Support clients with daily activities and personal care needs
Manage medications and provide cognitive support
Encourage engagement in community activities
Document care plans and changes accurately
Act proactively in emergency situations Requirements:
PSW/DSW certification from a public educational institution
At least 3 years of relevant PSW experience
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Current CPR/First Aid certification desired
