Elevate adult education for First Nations Learners with the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT) as a Program Coordinator. This role is integral to managing educational programs and fostering community engagement. As a Program Coordinator, you will lead the administration of training initiatives, focusing on quality assurance and productive program management.

You'll partner with industry professionals, engage in active recruitment efforts, and continually assess and improve educational offerings. Travel will be necessary to connect with various program locations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee training programs for First Nations Communities
Recruit, manage, and support academic staff




Implement program evaluations and propose enhancements
Collaborate with advisory committees for curriculum improvement
Develop budgets and oversee resource allocation Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in teaching or program coordination
Experience engaging with First Nations communities highly valued
Solid leadership and communication skills required
