This part time position involves developing stakeholder relationships, organizing events, and conducting training sessions across Manitoba. Your leadership will ensure that young children benefit from this acclaimed program focused on developing empathy and kindness. Key Responsibilities:
Meet annual training and performance benchmarks set by Global Manager
Cultivate solid partnerships with schools and agencies
Conduct impactful presentations for diverse stakeholders
Distribute essential program materials once a year
Organize training events for childcare staff in the region Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or similar
At least 2 years in childcare or educational program support
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Competence in Microsoft Office applications
