Overview

We are seeking a motivated Production Clerk to join our team and support our co-packing operations. This role involves coordinating production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our efficient production processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and creation of daily production workorders.
Create/Update Item BOM's
Docket Creation
Assist in the maintaining of accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Review of daily schedules to examine and material shortages to ensure continuous workflow on the production floor
Prepare and process documentation production orders and pick tickets
Reports Generation - client, operations production and leadership.
Assist with staff and temporary workers hours
Client interaction,



to ensure projects are setup correctly and all information is available for the production and Quality team
Collaborate with team members as this role requires the ability to work with various departments. production, quality and Shipping/receiving.
All other duties related to this position as assigned.

Skills
Experience with ERP/MRP software
Proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Understand of production process
Previous office experience is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Ability to multitask
Dependability is a must

Pay: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
