Under the supervision of the Director of Strategic Programs, you’ll engage in research, collaboration, and the development of effective program concepts. Your ability to manage logistics and foster community relationships will be vital for successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement 15+ events aligned with CRRF goals
Research and identify potential partners and speakers
Support outreach efforts and engagement
Create detailed work plans and progress reports
Provide in office management during program execution Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Over 3 years of program coordination experience
Familiarity with project management tools and strategies
Robust problem-solving and leadership skills
