Duties
Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces
Prepare work sites by setting up necessary tools and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation or minor repairs as needed
Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
Lift heavy equipment or materials safely during setup and cleanup processes





Requirements
Prior experience with pressure washing, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Robust communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during work shifts
A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to commute to job sites.
