Person who
Welcomes patients;
Sees to the comfort and general needs of the users and assists when needed;
Works jointly with the CLSC nursing team;
Schedules the appointments with patients with the usual communication systems;
Must be capable of translating conversation between resource people and native users;
Performs any other related duties requested by the nurse.
