This role provides essential support to the Mobility Tax team within EY’s People Advisory Services practice. The Mobility Tax team delivers high-quality compliance and advisory services to assist clients with managing tax matters related to their international workforce. It is one of the largest expatriate tax teams globally, composed of skilled and innovative professionals committed to teamwork and outstanding client service.Your key responsibilitiesCollect and enter tax compliance dataEnsure accurate and timely completion of tax work papersSupport preparation of complex personal income tax returnsReview personal income tax returnsConduct research on tax technical matters to support both compliance and advisory deliverablesSupport report and dashboard creation and help identify trendsSkills and attributes for success:Communication: Prepare clear documentation and reports and contribute meaningfully to team discussions.Problem Solving: Identify routine issues, assist with troubleshooting, and collaborate with colleagues to develop practical solutions.Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy and completeness in data and documentation by reviewing materials and following established quality procedures.Team Collaboration:



Work effectively toward shared goals, support colleagues, and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.Technology Proficiency: Use basic data analysis and internal reporting tools effectively and leverage collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.To qualify for the role, you must have:A high school diploma. A college diploma is an asset.Bilingualism in French and English.Relevant experience in tax compliance and intermediate knowledge of the individual tax returns process.EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation.
