Kelowna Main Facility, 8955 Jim Bailey Crescent, Kelowna, British Columbia, CanadaJob DescriptionPosted Friday, April 24, 2026 at 10:00 AMLevel 1 - $20.45 - $23.14Level 2 - $23.14 - $26.37Level 3 - $26.37 – $29.60Job SummaryThe BulkPackaging Operator packages bulk gelatin capsules in accordance with packaging instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of your responsibility.Job Description & DutiesWorks as a member of the team, following established rotation while focusing on individual responsibilities within each stationMaintain and operate equipment in a safe and productive mannerComplete documentation required in a timely manner ensuring Good Documentation Practices are followedFollow Master Manufacturing Documents (MMD) to ensure correct supplies and packaging components are used for each orderFollow correct parameters to package product within control limitsDisassemble, clean, and re-assemble packaging equipmentReport any deviations found with respect to instructions, process, quality, or materials usedAssist with quality and safety investigationsAssist with the inspection of equipment and work area for cleanliness, safety,



and proper set up prior to the packaging operationMaintain equipment and the work area in a clean and organized fashionPerform regular quality in process checks as specified in packaging documentationAssist in the training of new line operatorsThoroughly review paperwork prior to handing in for Lead Hand reviewAssist with validation studies conducted on the lineReport all quality issues to department leadershipFollow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Strictly adhere and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessionsOther duties as assignedRequirementsTechnicalAbility to communicate in the English language, both written and verbalMathematical and mechanical aptitudeAbility to learn and use company specific software, such as the Warehouse Management SystemPrevious experience with operation and setup of packaging equipment an assetPrevious production and GMP experience an assetAttributesMust have the ability to work in and create a team atmosphereCapable of performing all job duties in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 11kgs and standing for extended periodsExcellent attention to detail and follows directions wellRegular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this jobApplication InformationThis position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in the country in which this job is located.#J-18808-Ljbffr
