Qualifications/Requirements1 month - less than 7 months experience in a labour related field.Experience in Food Processing is an asset.Ability to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.A Functional Work Simulation Assessment must be passed.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to perform physical and repetitive job duties for long periods up to 8 hours per shift.A commitment to SAFETY and QUALITY practicesStrong attention to detail and demonstrated hand-eye coordination.Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)You are legally eligible to work in Canada.Completion of some High School educationAbility to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.These positions are required for day (starting times vary from 6:00 am - 7:00 am) and afternoon shift (starting times vary from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm) Monday - Friday.We anticipate 50 vacancies and the start date would be as soon as possible.Candidates will need to find their own transportation.No public transportation available.If this sounds like the job for you, please submit your resume online at:Conestoga Meats welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
