Are you a hands-on team player with a keen eye for quality? Join our dynamic production team as a Cutter Kitchen Employee and help prepare top-quality sausage and salami products that meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cutter Kitchen Employee, you will play a key role in the processing of our meat products. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and changing over equipment efficiently to keep production moving
Ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards before processing
Accurately measuring and scaling spices and ingredients
Operating cutters, mixers, grinders, scales, and other processing equipment
Using knives and other tools to prepare products
Recording critical food safety inspections and reporting concerns
Tagging and identifying products correctly during each production stage
Supporting your team with communication, collaboration,



and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:
A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements, and lifting up to 44 lbs
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a refrigerated workplace (approx. 2°C)
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience or training in food safety (HACCP, GMP) is an asset
