Ensure departments meet schedules and production deadlines
Collaborate with Supervisors to manage workloads
Conduct daily check-ins with the crew and department leads
Update reports and flag concerns to Production Manager
Track crew absences and technical issues Requirements:
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Robust organizational skills and proactive approach
Proficient in Flow (formerly Shotgun/ShotGrid)
Previous production/animation experience is a bonus
