Join RTX as a Process Technician focused on CAD/TI-CAD/Z-Nickel plating in Oakville, Ontario. This onsite role emphasizes precision plating techniques and teamwork to meet production targets. In this position, you will report to the Plating and Processing Supervisor on the Weekday Day shift.

Your role will involve applying your knowledge of plating processes, component preparation, and adherence to safety protocols. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to foster continuous improvement in operations. Key Responsibilities:
Execute plating processes for aircraft components
Conduct maintenance on tank chemistry and tooling
Prepare and lacquer components following specifications
Cross-train on various plating applications
Ensure compliance with safety and PPE regulations Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Prior knowledge of plating processes desirable
Familiarity with measuring tools and blueprints
Ability to communicate effectively across teams
