You will support the production, scaling, and qualification of diverse cell lines, applying your knowledge in a rapid-paced, interdisciplinary workplace. Expertise in cell culture processing, optimization, and collaboration with regulatory teams are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities:
Support cell production for CMC and R&D; groups
Manage all stages of cell culture processing
Evaluate in vitro viability and functional assays




Optimize scale-up processes for cell therapy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for method refinement Requirements:
BSc with 2+ years in Cell Biology or related field
Experience with mammalian cell culture
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
