This role, starting with a July go-live, emphasizes troubleshooting and assisting users across core modules including Employee Central and Onboarding. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions into operational support. Key Responsibilities:
Offer day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors post-implementation
Troubleshoot diverse issues across core modules
Assist and guide users on system functionalities
Work with project teams on stabilization efforts
Promote process optimization initiatives Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Hands-on experience with Employee Central and LMS
Support experience post-go-live for implementations
