We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team at an upscale, trendy hotel. The Housekeeper will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
- Ensure that all guest amenities are fully stocked and replenished as necessary
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow hotel policies and procedures for handling lost and found items
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisors and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a protected and clean work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping role in a hospitality setting, preferably at an upscale hotel




- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Knowledge of safety precautions and procedures
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
