Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, furniture, and fixtures by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming regularly
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and others
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution
- Adhere to all health and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Skills
- Prior custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift
- Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
