Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a corporate, CPG, beauty, or high‑growth consumer business

Experience operating as a standalone HR leader or in a highly autonomous role

Demonstrated ability to form opinions, make recommendations, and influence senior stakeholders

Strong background in HR generalist leadership, employee relations, and people operations

Experience leading recruitment efforts and closing candidates in a fast‑paced environment

Hands‑on experience with payroll, advantages, and HR compliance (Canada required; U.S. exposure an asset)

Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities

Confident communicator with the ability to engage and push back constructively with senior leadership

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
