In this full-time position, you will oversee the preparation and compliance of financial statements while ensuring rigorous internal controls.

Your role involves engaging with the operations team and ownership, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning through accurate job costing and financial reporting. You will also play a key role in mentoring the accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and compliance
