As a Retail Support Specialist, you’ll offer help with membership and retail services, ensuring a positive experience for each member. Ideal candidates will engage with members, leveraging their problem-solving skills to meet diverse needs and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for memberships and retail transactions
- Promote and explain AMA products to members
- Assist members through various in-center services
- Support Member Services Coordinators as needed
- Manage administrative tasks and document processing Requirements:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma
- 1-2 years of retail or administrative experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
