About the RoleMonks’ Interactive Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for a Senior Producer based in Canada to join our North American production team. The role spans Web/AI, Content, and Experiential/Event projects, requiring an integrated approach across multiple disciplines.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leading brands to pitch, plan, and produce a range of immersive web, AI, experiential, and live events.Respond to briefs and RFPs, craft smart production‑savvy responses with department leads.Execute productions from pitch to delivery, owning early phases, turning raw ideas into clear plans, SOWs, timelines, and profitable budgets.Maintain project health by overseeing junior team members and providing expert advice in production.Provide production and client leadership while managing multiple projects from start to finish.Ensure day‑to‑day project management and long‑term client success.Manage budgets ranging from $100K to $2M+.Communicate with clients, producers, pitch teams, department leads, and vendors to scope, quote, problem‑solve, and fulfill project needs.About You7–10 years of experience in a production role.Proven track record producing and leading immersive web, experiential,



and live events.Robust client‑facing skills with the ability to sell solutions while maintaining healthy relationships.Natural problem solver who can draft and execute plans with limited information.Execution‑oriented mindset, comfortable in the trenches while inspiring and leading others.Salary Range: $90,000–$125,000 CADWe are an equal‑opportunity employer and we celebrate diversity.
