Helpdesk AnalystContract PositionStart Date: July 13, 2026Salary Range: $50K - $64KWhat You’ll DoProvide day-to-day support for:Windows 11 desktops and laptopsPeripherals (mice, keyboards, monitors, docks)Mobile devices and general connectivity issuesImage, configure, and deploy laptops and workstationsSet up and support meeting rooms and boardroom technology (AV and conferencing tools)Onboard new employees by preparing equipment and guiding them through their IT setupTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Hardware and softwareRemote access (VPN, connectivity, authentication)Provide remote support via phone, email, and remote toolsTrack, manage, and document requests through the ticketing systemEscalate more complex issues when needed and coordinate with vendorsContribute to internal documentation and help improve processesSupport small IT projects and help identify opportunities to improve the user experienceWhat You BringTechnical ExperienceExperience supporting Windows 11 environmentsWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a business environmentUnderstanding of basic networking concepts (VPN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi,
