Join a diverse team of innovators, collaborators, and creative thinkers today.About the OpportunityReporting to the Access and Flow Manager, the Leader Patient Flow Operations is responsible for the Nursing Administration and the coordination of safe, productive patient care services within the facility. Responsibilities also include ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet patient census. The Leader Patient Flow Operations will supervise nursing staff, and coordinate all hospital and bed utilization activities in the absence of hospital administration.The Leader Patient Flow Operations works collaboratively and consultatively with patients/clients, families, management, staff, physicians, community partners and service providers to apply strategic and analytical thinking to address challenges with the ultimate goal of high quality,
