This includes workflows, automation, APIs, claims management, and next-generation reporting and data capabilities.This role is for someone who can take full ownership of a product area, not just manage a backlog. We’re looking for a strategic product leader who starts with the business problem, understands user workflow end to end, and partners cross-functionally to define the right solutions.Success in this role requires strong product judgment, deep understanding of operational processes and user pain points, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.What You’ll DoReporting to the VP of Engineering, you will own a portfolio of platform capabilities end to end. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations and leadership to identify the most important problems, shape requirements and prioritize high-impact investments. You’ll help evolve how internal teams and customers interact with mission-critical systems—from approvals and ticketing to policy engines and data exploration.Strong expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools is required. You should be comfortable working with dashboards and selecting effective visualizations for a given problem.The Role’s Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product requirements and feature prioritization for core services and BI productsTranslate unstructured and complex input from customers, leadership and your own experience into structured business problems, use cases,
