This 12-month program consists of two phases, combining orientation with mentorship and independent practice in a supportive setting. Requirements: • Completion of accredited nursing education program • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta • BCLS-HCP certification required • Recent graduates eligible within 12 months of application • Must be able to lift and transport patients
